Amy
Kovarick became a life coach because it was the perfect
way to use her two distinct sides. One side is deeply interested
in unlocking people's potential and offers a great deal
of empathy, encouragement and soul. The other loves to plan,
get results and brings a no-nonsense "let's get it done" approach. She is
inspiring, practical, intuitive,
experienced and dedicated. Amy is somehow
able to see right past the surface into who you really can
be.
Amy
K's personal and professional coaching practice and workshops
are founded on over 15 years of building and running start-up
companies. Amy's roles have ranged from Air Force officer,
to vice president, to general manager to company
founder.
Her
original background in computer science is layered with
intensive work and training in communications, facilitation,
strategic planning, management and leadership
techniques. Amy has mentored hundreds of individuals and
teams in both the U.S. and Canada.
Amy started coaching in 2002 and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) trained through the Coaches Training Institute and holds a Master's
Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She also
is the author of Baby On Board! Becoming a Mother Without Losing Yourself: A
Guide for Moms-to-Be and founder of the successful company Empowered
Motherhood LLC.
